Upbound Clairmont Access
The Upbound lanes open to 4 wide about 2/3 of the way up. Over the last two weeks on my way down to work (about 1:30 to 2:00pm), I’ve seen the "ghost car" there 3 times in the furthest right lane with the officer standing in front of the car, picking people off coming up the hill.
