Speed Limit drops from 65 to 45 MPH – STRICT local enforcement. Entering town from North, easy to misjudge speed, due to hilly terrain.

Misjudge speed? Using your speedometer will give you a fairly accurate reading as long as you have no problems with your auto.
I was clocked going 59 coming into town. But was coming from a 65 zone and didn't see the speed changes. It has no red lights and is very small. I thought I was still between towns because I had just left Ruston.
