US 19/23 north
This road is traveled by state troopers that have stated they are tired of people speeding and no speed but the speed limit is allowed. This is very true. I have received two there. So please be careful, they are not joking at all.

Since the rock slide earlier this year closed alot of Int. 40, the troopers that used to patrol that section have now been asigned to Int. 26. to handle the detour overflow traffic. They are everywhere around Weaverville as far north as Mars Hill and south to the UNCA exit. They got me there. First ticket in 28 years. No slack and I wasn't a hazard to others. I just sped up to go around a slower truck. Be dilligent as they hide around the exits and come out of nowhere. I won't ever chance it around here again.
