Where the speed limit starts changing (from 45-55-65 or back down depending on the direction you are going) both state troopers and city police sit and wait for drivers to either speed up too soon or not slow down at all. Love to pull over out of towners (especially drivers from Georgia).

Comments:
Glencoe has a state trooper in his state car working traffic in Glencoe he hides at the Jet Pep watching the railroad stop sign. He also hides back of city lot on Main Street getting people going toward the Post Office on Main Street. This trooper resides in Glencoe. Wondering if he writes a state ticket or state ticket? He could be in violation of state law if he writes a city ticket?
