US 550 / main St.
As your driving north 550 /main the speed limit goes from 45 mph and as you drive down a hill into town it goes to 25 mph. The Police sit in a dirt lot on the east side of the road right behind a big tree so you won’t see them until your passed them. they will usually stop and write for speeds over 10 mph. They also roam up and down main very often

I live outside of Aztec and in the state for 55 years. The speed goes from 45 to 35 at top of hill then to 30 just before turn off to postoffice then 25 about a block after the turn off.
