Hides in one of several driveways, hands out tickets exclusively to out of state drivers. Quite unprofessional, asked my spouse (not a white person) if she spoke English (she was born in Alabama, geeze, dude)

I received a ticket on this road in 2020. The speed limit was 45 and I did not see any other signs. I got pulled over by a stereotypical fat sloppy officer who told me the speed limit was 25. She "decreased" my ticket to just $145 when he saw that I have a CDL, and he wanted me to thank him. I did not. I now hate Coudersport and avoid it when I'm going to Niagara Falls.
