The speed limit drops from 65 to 45 then down to 35 very quickly.
If you have out of state tags drive below the speed limit. It doesn’t matter if you’re not speeding they will pull you over and tell you you’re going 60 in a 45 and then act like they are doing you a favor by writing you a ticket for 45 in a 35, that way there are no points. It’s a scam. They know you’re just going to pay the fine rather than drive 4 hours on a work day to fight the ticket, especially when there are no points assessed by OK law. They’ve got you and they know it!
