US Highway #1 near Robbinston Village
From Calais heading South on Route #1 approximately 12 miles the posted speed drops from 55-35 mph beginning just before the RedCliff Motel. From Perry heading north it is about 7 miles to this location. There the 50 mph drops to 35 mph also. Rookie female trooper lives a half mile north and often sits in her driveway with radar on before going on duty. She is ambitious and hardcore on ANY amount over the limit. The road is under major construction at the moment but will be smoother and quicker when done in October. Be advised!

Where the road goes from 35 to 55 is a sharp bend and a school bus stop after the corner.
This is a good place for a potential accident. The trooper is only doing her job. And if I could sit in my driveway and get paid wouldn`t you. I have been pulled over by her and let go with verbal and was doing 61 in 55 so she is fair.
