US Highway 1 PCH near Seal Beach Boulevard
There is a driveway to the Naval Weapons Station on the northbound side of PCH halfway over the bridge between Sunset and Seal Beach, Seal Beach Police hides to catch speeders there. Posted limit is 50 MPH, but people regularly exceed that.

Oh this is such a speed trap! I have been traveling this way to work for about 5 years and about once a month or so, there they are sitting in that driveway waiting for speeders. There is a big bush that blocks drivers from seeing them till it is too late.
