CHP closely monitors northbound AM traffic from Marinwood north to the Novato narrows. CHP motorcycle officers wait beneath the Marinwood overpass, stand by the soundwall north of Hamilton, and frequently at the narrows where the number of lanes drops from 3 to 2.
