US Highway 13 near Wall Street
The police usually sit on the south side of US 13, in local business parking lots. The drop in speed limit from 45 mph near University Mall to 30 mph after North Lewis Lane usually catches motorists off guard. Especially at night, with the three lanes open, it is hard to keep speed at 30 mph.

A police car often sits in front of Ashley Furniture on the left just before dark. The police may not be clocking speeds, but you never know. Because there are 3 lanes of traffic (oneway westbound), many drivers don't see the cop until it is too late. Traffic typically is 40 in a 30 mph zone, having left a 45.
