US Highway 169
u.s. 169 north or southbound around the town of spring hill is patrolled by the spring hill cops even though this is a state highway. they like to sit at the bottom of the rolling highway in dark or light and laser the cars with instant on.

Highway 169 may be a state highway but it still is in the city limits and it is posted. So the city police does have the right to patrolling it.
169 North and Southbound is most likely in the jurisdiction of the Spring Hill Police Department, as is most roads and highways by any town or city. What does "laser the cars with instant on" mean? Check your post for accuracy before making it final. Lastly, this area is not a speed trap.
