School zone. four lane highway 45 mph speed limit except certain hrs it is 25 mph. restrictions are not adequately posted. Oologh police are always there

The speed limit drops from 45 to 25 during school hours when the yellow lights are flashing. You can see the yellow lights flashing from 1/2 mile away.
