US Highway 169 near 223rd to 199th Streets
Just south of 223rd street the speed limit drops from 70 mph to 65 mph and the road goes around Spring Hill, KS but their police like to set up any place on this stretch for north or south bound traffic. It’s a revenue gold mine for them.
