US Highway 190 East near Interstate 110
The Baton Rouge City Police sit in the shadows under the I-110 overpass shooting East bound traffic with laser. The speed limit is 50mph in an area that looks like it should be 60 or 65 mph. They just walk out and flag vehicles down to stop.
