US Highway 20 near Kirby Road
A ‘construction zone’ exists on Hwy 20 just as you pass Kirby Road. The signs appear without previous warnings to slow down, and drops immediately from 65 to 45. White, unmarked police vehicles consistently monitor with radar. No construction work, nor any construction workers, have appeared within the past 3 months. Use extreme caution. (Hillsboro – Lawrence County)
