Concrete, Washington is in the business of ripping off tourists with their stealth speed trap. The best thing to do in response would be to make sure that you NEVER spend one cent in this pathetic, ugly and charmlesslittle nowhere town. Not one cup of coffee, not one gallon of gas. Boycott them.
