Texas Highway 21 major thoroghfare with posted minimum speed
of 55mph this speed trap set at 35mph. Unsafe posted speed.
Major highway for big rigs etc. Posted speed 35mph is a DEATH TRAP for motorist. You get runover at 35mph. The flow of traffic is 55 plus primarily 65mph

Driving North on Hwy21. I'm a mile before Interstate 45. I'm in the slow lane being passed by a 'nicer' looking vehicle; Cop coming South turns around and follows me -- not the speeding truck -- and once I pass over IS 45 (continuing on 21 North) he pulls me over. Now most cops wants the motorist to stay in their vehicle; not this guy. He ordered into the passenger seat of his car (presumably to see if he could smell alcohol or marijuana on my breath - you know - so he could embellish the ticket). When I asked how he determined I was going faster than the truck passing me; He said. in an unprofessional manner, "What truck?" and smiled ever-so-nicely. Needless to say, I only take a Dump in Madisonville now.
