US Highway 21 near State Route 204
On Route 21, From Highway 204 North past JSU & blinking light at 11th St., Police routinely sit back in parking lots. The most coverage seems to be at night and on weekends, when JSU isn’t in session. Ocasionally patrol cars are around the corner at the amphitheater/Stone Ctr.
