US Highway 23 near Exit Number Shelbiana
Between The Island Creek Redlights around Dairy Queen to the Shelbiana Foodcity in that stretch a radar speed is just about always positive. D.O.T’s and KSP’s patrol in the fast lane waiting to Instant on you as your coming toward them. Also where the highway has been scooted over from the cliff for safetey, as you approach that curve they hide behind the old carpet building running instant on. A lot of mountains/turns/switchbacks so thats many places for them to hide.
