Officers sit to the north of I-70 in between the lanes of traffic just as the divided highway begins/ends (depends on which direction you are going). Going south the speed limit is 55mph and then at the top of the hill just out of sight is the next speed limit sign that is 45mph and the highway splits into 4 lanes so you can pass. I’ve also seen them sitting under the overpass of 70.
