N & S bound Telegraph Road at I-94 is a long term construction site (estimated completion 01/06). Posted limit in zone is 35, down from regular post of 45 and prevailing 50-55 on Telegraph Rd. Taylor PD has one car dedicated to enforcing this 1 mile long zone morning and evening rush hour 5 days a week.
