US Highway 259 near Hawkins Parkway

Hwy 259 coming South into longview has alot of state police. The speed limit drops from 65mph to 55mph. Anything will get you pulled over

The speed limit on Hwy 259 actually drops about 5 miles or so north of Hawkins Parkway. The area is patrolled alot. Hawkins is in the city limits.

This is not a speed trap. The highway speed drops many miles north of this and is posted plainly! I agree it is a nice highway with little businesses. But, it is still 55 many miles before Hawkins Parkway.
