US Highway 259 near US Highway 84
Drivers tend not to slow down going through Mt. Enterprise and the speed limts don’t seem too restrictive, but the way the fines are collected are troubling. I have not been ticketed but I know two that have. You get your ticket and visit the Justice of the Peace and you automatically get DEFERRED ADJUDICATION. That means you pay the fine and it the ticket never goes on your record. Very suspicious to me, wouldn’t you think?
