US Highway 278 near State Highway 79
Usually 2 state trooper vehicles, one facing east the other west. Primarily getting east bound traffic due to blind curve and downhill stretch. U.S. 278 in that area is 4 lanes and separated by a wide and sometimes elevated median. Speed limit 55 mph.
