US Highway 283 near State Highway 46
Small city officer sits in Court house parking lot. You might think that he is in the building, but he is running radar. Speed limit is 25 for about 10 blocks. It goes from 65 to 25 back to 65. And when you go to court, OHP cars will run you off the road going to the same building.

We use to live in arnett, and that cop car IS empty 99% of the time. They park it there to fake people out. Guess it's just a chance drivers will have to take......
