US Highway 29 near Near Insurance Institute of Highway Safety IIHS
Between Madison and the IIHS turnoff, I have never failed to make a trip to my relatives (2-3 times a year) without seeing someone pulled over. US29 is well divided and the terrain must make some great hide outs. These are county sheriff officers.
