Usually seen in the parking lot of a modular home dealer, just west of Moulstown Rd. intersection on westbound side. Parking lot sits just beyond a slightly blind curve. If the officer is well into the parking lot, you will not see him until it is too late. Sometimes they stay closer to the highway and quick reflexes will slow you down in time.
