US Highway 30 West near US 30 W / SR11 N on ramp
As you head west on 30 East Liverpool City Police sit just on the west side of the overpass between the Chester and Newell bridges. They sit at the bottom of the ramp which is a downslope and you can’t see them until it is too late.
