If you are heading North along 301 ( N. Washington Blvd.) the speed limit is 35mph. Most people assume it is 45mph since it is a major road of traffic. Until you get to 12th st.it is 35mph. Two or Three cops will be out there just before the railroad tracks. There is an abandoned KFC where they wait. I always would see them get people. Then one day I got nailed for 49 in 35. I said yeah it’s 45 right? They said 35. They got me on a Friday. They claim it is residential, however, the street is lined with businesses. They are concered that many people do walk across the street and have gotten hit.
