US Highway 31 near US Highway 41
Cops love to sit between Oshkosh and FDL. They sit on the overpass bridges, on ramps, and in the middle. They are usually always there especially since there is nothing else on that road. Watch out by County N too high accident risk there.

Not sure if FDL is the same as Fondulac. But if it is, yes, State patrol usually is located somewhere just North of Fondulac or just South of Oshkosh. Either in the middle of the lanes close to a bridge, on the Bridge, or on the on ramps as you go by. Seems to be more frequent at night time. Did get off with a warning, once.
