US Hwy 380, East of Custer Rd. and West of Lake Forest Dr. both directions. Radar car sits in the median in full (but unexpected) view. There are hills in the area so he gets you when you have just crested the hill.

Also, I've seen the officers hiding on the side of the road at night with their lights off and in business parking lots with their lights off. I see people pulled over when I leave and return home from work and running errands. To serve and protect? No. To impose fines to feed the local govt. Yes.
