US Highway 380 near County Trunk 1700
Hwy 380 runs through Runaway Bay, but the town is barely visible. There is open highway at 70mph and suddenly it is 55mph–no reasonable reason for it. I was trapped coming in from the west and down toward the bay area. I got on their web page and found minutes of a city meeting where the mayor was boasting of the increased revenue from the tickets.

No reasonable reason for it??? The State of Texas post the signs for cities, towns, where there is a rise in population.
