US Highway 380 near FM 746
US 380 goes from 70mph to 60mph instantly as it crosses from Hunt Co. to Collin Co. AT the turn off to Josephine there is always a policeman either sitting there or patrolling the road. Quotas are important.

That is incorrect. The speed limit on US Hwy 380 crossing over from Hunt County to Collin County is 70 mph to 65 mph. I know, I drive it every day. It is true that Farmersville PD cruises up and down that stretch of US Hwy 380 but they certainly don't sit at CR 547 (road to Josephine) on a regular basis! Speed limit drops from 65 mph to 50 going thru down down Farmersville but it's actually 45 mph now with the highway construction taking place.
