Hwy 395 is one of the most dangerous Hwy's in Eastern Washington so it is patrolled constantly... it is not unusual to spot 4 or 5 patrol cars on a trip between Colville and Spokane. I would not call it a Speed-Trap though... the cops are not picking on the unwary, they are trying to save lives.
