US Highway 4 near Exit Number Bay Point
Coming down Willow Pass road there will be a CHP officer on the right side hill going eastbound. He will usually stand on the hill away from his car pointing Lidar/radar at oncoming cars.
Down the road a bit there will be a officer in a unmarked CHP off the side of road.
