US Highway 40 near State Route 109
On two occasions on US 40 through this sleepy town, units were posted at both the north and south entrances to town. North unit was pulling over vehicles in a regular line. Speed goes from 55 down to 25 in a very short distance, but is well marked. South unit sometimes just a dummy in a parked unit.

First off the entrances into Hugo are east and west not north or south. Secondly the speed goes from 55 to 45 to 30 there is not a 25 mph.
