US Highway 41 near 85th Ave to 109th Ave Street
Watch the changing speed limits through St. John Along US 31 and also 109th . They go from 55 to 45 to 35 and back up again. Every time I drive through that town I see police running radar or with someone pulled over on the side. I’ve heard they don’t give to many breaks either, I got nailed and had the choice of paying the fine or traffic school which costs more than the fine.
