Geogia Law Requires that before you can use a speed detection device in you city limits you have to post the speed limit and a sign that states "Speed checked by detection devices" As you enter into the city limits of cornelia on US 441 there is as follows; 1 the city limit sign, 2 speed checked sign. But no speed limit sign. The only speed limit sign is up the road in another city. But that doesn’t cover it. I see them day after day pulling people over for speeding and have even mentioned the error in their ways to the chief of police. But it just gets shrugged off.
