US Highway 51 near Henning water tower
Beware of hwy 51 from Covington thru Henning to Ripley. They have placed a new stop light and reduced the speed limits at Henning and they are setting up radar and patrolling this stretch of hwy constantly. I have been traveling to Covington for about 5 weeks now on Monday morning and back on Friday evening and they have someone stopped almost everytime I pass thru. Seems to be more 18 wheelers than cars. The speed limits from Covington to Ripley change about 6 times, sometimes for no apparent reason. Watch what few signs there are very carefully.
