I have spoken with Many people over the years who have been trapped here in this same place. I have seen a patrol car around that bend at All hours. I drive through frequently.
I am Very careful to obey the speed now that I am aware that it suddenly drops just prior to town. It is a beautiful drive and very easy to just enjoy the scenery. Many years ago I did get a ticket there and when I went back to appear in court at my scheduled time, the judge had, gone fishin’ !
I had been told not to worry, that it would not add points to my license and just pay it. I could not take any more time off work so… I did… and it Did add points. Be aware and go reallllll easy through that purty lil part of the country.
