Police hide in any number of places along the highway and shoot radar. Very gung ho and tickets are very high. Definetely just a revenue collection scam. Speed limit reduces from 55 to 20 during peak travel times and cops hide to shoot radar.

The speed is reduced to 20 only when school is start and getting out. It is for the safety of the children that cross the street.
