US Highway 59 near Lyons Drive
On the northbound service road between Lyons and Quittman there is an overpass over the railroad tracks. at the bottom of the overpass in the left most lane (u turn) there are between 1 and 3 HPD cars running the trap. The cars are completely obscured by trees and oleander bushes until it is too late. It has been nearly a daily occurrence for the last 3 months.
