US Highway 6 near Hwy 59 meet Crossing
The on duty officer sits in the parking lot at the local grocery store along hwy 6 or sometimes in the parking lot to Green’s Repair at intersection of Hwy 6 And Hwy 59

My wife and I recently got a ticket in Jewett, Tx. She was driving out of Jewett. She was compliant with the limit going through town. We cleared the city area easily then gradually accelerated as we all do. The limit was 55 but and she got up to 65 with the flow of traffic on highway 79. The cop was hiding behind bushes and pick us out of the traffic. It was easily a trap! The limit is unreasonable and not conductive to the road. There should be a law to protect citizens from this kind of entrapment.
