North 605 – Whiiter Boulevard Exit – Making a Right Turn onto Whittier Blvd – signal must be Green – There is a NO RIGHT on Red sign but no one see – Whittier cops park in the Donut shop just waiting to bust someone…each time I pass, there’s a cop giving a ticket.
