The City of Miner is using any excuse to pull over people. Light out, changed lanes without proper siginal, speeding however minor, unrealistic speed limit postings, I can go on and on. Any reason to stop and search a vehicle and check license, registration, insurance, seatbelt usage. I watched one pull my wife over one night for not giving a proper siginal.(lie, I was in front of her and from where he was setting to observe, he could not have seen her signal which she gave, then he said he thought her plate light was out(it wasen’t)I parked, watched and observed the officer, when he saw me looking he let her go.
