On a 4 lane highway with a speed limit of 65, you go over a hill and foronly 1/4 milee the limit becomes 45 and the police are sitting right there.

Comments:
Its Whiteville, not Whitesville. It is a speed trap. They aren't extremely unreasonable, but you'd better be doing the speed limit or less @ the speed limit signs. It doesn't take long to get through Whiteville, so just be patient. There is a highway patrol located there, so there's always a presence of State Troopers. Also, they'll get you on the east side of town. People tend to see the next higher speed limit signs, and are already doing that speed before they get there. This is where you are most likely to get nabbed in Whiteville. Driving times between the 65 MPH zones can't be any more than 5 minutes. Thats even if you get caught in their silly new traffic light (that is sooo unnecessary!)
