U.S 67 runs north and south, this small town, east of Alvarado (which has I35N within it’s city limit)and west of Midlothian (which has U.S.287 and a tie in to 360 soon) is a speed trap. It has 7 officers and their primary duty is traffic enforcement. It is not uncommon to hear or see the citations being issued all hours of the day and night. I once counted 30 in just a short few hours.
