City Patrol car hidden just off of roadway right at 40 mph sign, not at 1st St as described on ticket. Actual speed was 46 mph Not 55 as stated on citation. Officer had severe attitude. The fine was $170 for a claimed 15 mph over limit. This was a false speed written on the cite as was weather conditions. The roadway was dry and it was Not raining as also claimed by the officer.
