Almost every morning the past month, I have seen at least 2 motorcycle cops actually on the Hwy 71 right next to each other (one in northbound lane, one in southbound). They are always under the overpass for Congress. The speed limit is 65, and everyone is always traveling faster as this road does not usually bog down. I have passed these guys going 75-80 on a couple of occasions, and they didn’t seem to notice. However, my sister was pulled over by one of them last week going 81 (got a ticket for 75 in a 65).
